How we use your information at the Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team

Personal information which you supply to us may be used in a number of ways, for example:

• Our retention of a AFPST Database
• AFPST Events Applications
• Statistical Analysis
• To inform you about other services, products, courses or events that may be of interest

It may be necessary for us to contact you by post, telephone, email or text message in relation to a forthcoming AFPST Events.

We would like to keep you informed of our own services that may be of interest to you in the future.

We will not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Please note, when sending personal information by email to/from the the AFPST, it will be transmitted via the internet.  There is always an inherent risk transmitting information over the internet and by opting in, you accept this risk.

Retaining your information

Information obtained that is necessary for event attendance, or information subsequently obtained or generated during an event attendance, will be retained by us, on our secure AFPST Database

Where consent has been given to contact you for marketing purposes, your name and contact details (where consent has been provided) will be retained until such time as you request removal, or on review they are deemed to be no longer accurate or necessary.
